Once you’re ready for a customized career site to match the new site, we will build you a new custom career site or iFrame free of charge. All career pages are built mobile-responsive.
Applications – Select between three types of apply processes that are best suited for your jobs: 1) One-page apply quick and easy way for candidates to upload a resume file and answer basic information and job specific questions added by you), 2) Resume apply (shorter apply process capturing basic information, employment and education histories, and includes a required resume upload section), and 3) Standard apply (for employers requiring submission of a more detailed application – the longest application process available). All applications are mobile-friendly and are EEO-1 & OFCCP compliant for clients who need it.
System users – ATSOD is a cloud-based system allowing licensed users to login to a secure portal at any time, using any smart device. Costs are based on a user hierarchy allowing companies to select different user-level licenses based upon specific permissions. Employers can choose different levels of Power-users (see all, do all users of the system) Hiring Managers (team members that are assigned jobs and candidates by Powerusers), and Recruit Team Members (completely free and unlimited seats that ATS users can send email communication only – these users do not log into the ATS)! Companies will maintain full control of their recruitment team with the flexibility to choose the best options possible.
