Applications – We now offer a standard One-Page apply process that is user-friendly and makes it easy for candidates to apply.  ATSOD also includes a “Resume” apply option for clients who request a more detailed application for job candidates to complete.  *All applications are mobile-responsive by default plus EEO-1 & OFCCP compliant.*

System users – ATSOD is a cloud-based system allowing licensed users to login to a secure portal at any time, using any smart device.  Costs are based on how many individuals are using the system and the different user-levels that are based upon system permissions chosen by administrators.   Employers can choose different levels of Power-users (Administrators – the “see all, do all” users of the system) Hiring Managers (team members that are assigned jobs and candidates by Powerusers with a limited system view), and Recruit Team Members (completely free and unlimited users.  ATS users can send email communication only – these users do not log into the ATS).   Employers will have full control and flexibility of their recruitment team and can easily track their progress using ATS OnDemand.
