There are many ways recruiters can post jobs online without going into the red zone. Here are a few tips:

3) Using Craigslist? Although Craiglist charges a fee depending on the location you are posting to, ATSOD allows you to generate links for specific jobs or your entire career page. You can then create a custom post on Craigslist and include the ATS generated link that will bring candidates directly to the job. When candidates click the link to apply, they will be recorded and tracked within the ATS as sourced via “Craigslist” for reporting purposes. You can use the link generator to post to any other online boards that do not offer a direct ATS integration (such as college boards, newspapers, etc).
