The portal works in three simple steps:
- Candidates receive an email from the portal in which they enter or confirm their professional references.
- An email is then sent to each reference asking for feedback.
- Finally, the reference is asked to endorse or reject the candidate.
This feedback is displayed under the candidate profile for review.
