The HR manager has to step in a say something, get the team back on track and find a way to control the situation. Let them know that they can have fun as long as all work and projects will be completed in an efficient and timely manner. Explain to them the problems that they have been experiencing, if there are any, and find where these mistakes can be corrected and take action.
