Artificial Intelligence = Smarter ATS, Better Recruiting

ATSOnDemand’s latest innovative Applicant Tracking System (ATS) release is the new Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool named Intelli-Match.

Based on certain data points entered by recruiters during job creation, Intelli-Match cross references incoming candidate information for a particular job and builds a list of applicants ranked best suited.

One major component of AI involves it learning and evolving into a smarter tool based on input and output entered by humans. Recruiters who enter the proper data and move candidates throughout the recruit flow will help Intelli-Match advance into a more exact match result for future executions.
